Jay has been Senior Web Designer for the Forbes Favorite award-winning Multex Investor website; Designer at thirdmind.com, where he worked on websites for major international brands such as Conde-Nast magazines; and Art Director at Sensei Health, coordinating programs for major multinational companies. Jay also lectures nationally and internationally on web art and the future of the internet.

Valerie is an experienced project manager and process developer. Before joining early-adopter.com, she had 8 years of project management experience at IBM and Siebel Systems (later acquired by Oracle). Most recently she helped grow and manage the software patch process used to deliver fixes to Siebel software customers such as ATT Wireless, PNC Bank, Abbott Labs, and XM Satellite.

Kevin enjoys synthesizing the needs and interests of a variety of stakeholders into a final design that is both beautiful and practical. He draws on his experience serving clients in many fields, including technology (Intel, HP, Xerox), healthcare (Bayer Aspirin, Oregon Health Science University), consumer products (Bob’s Red Mill, Castor and Pollux Pet Food), and sports (National Football League, Nike, Adidas). He also worked for Reuters in the Financial District in New York City.

Lynne Chan is a visual artist and Flash designer. She has created
Flash advertisements, websites, and email blasts for high-end fashion
and luxury clients such as Sothebys, Gaultier, Yves Saint Laurent, and
Bergdorf Goodman. Lynne's performance, video, and installation work
has shown internationally. She teaches video art and performance at
Williams College.

Catherine Garnier is an artist, designer, and educator. Since 1996, she's worked on high-profile Web sites including, most recently, serving as Online Manager for DC Comics. Prior to that, she held several high-level positions at Lycos-owned online community sites, including Senior Product Manager and co-site lead of Angelfire.com, a web hosting service with over 7 million members at the time. Katy has designed several of our most recent sites including MuseoVault.com and NBrooke.com. She also teaches Design and Advanced Actionscript at Parsons.
Tim Gallagher is the owner, lead designer and Web site developer for tgWebSolutions. Ever since first programming on an Apple computer at age 11, Tim has spent countless hours banging away on keyboards. At various times Tim has published an independent magazine, painted (oils and watercolors), and written poetry. Since joining early-adopter this winter Tim has become an invaluable part of our team.

Mike has been creating some of the most understated and elegant Web sites in New York since 1999. He has created work for artists, art galleries and dance companies and was the co-founder, designer, and art editor for the nationally recognized on-line magazine Drunken Boat. Mike is a fine art photographer who has exhibited both nationally and internationally, and a commercial photographer specializing in architectural photography.

Artist and designer Bridget Batch was Lead Designer at Multex Investor before launching into the position of Art Director and Senior Designer at ChelseaPaper.com (now part of Papyrus). She has designed websites for artists and galleries in New York. Her photography and digital art have been exhibited here and abroad, most recently at Tokio Pop in Mexico City. Commercial photo clients include Bayer, Johnson & Johnson and the French Culinary Institute.

Matt is a young and ambitious web affiliate offering services concentrating on advanced Flash development. His experience at two boutique web design firms poised him to begin his own production business. Matt's clients now include agencies from around the country, and his team can deliver a range of products incorporating the web's most current technologies. Mike started his career running The Electronic Oblivion (TEO). BBS in 1991. In 1992, he began working for internet service providers. While working for TFS.net in Kansas City, Mike became interested in the "new" World Wide Web, and began training in HTML in 1993. By 1994, Mike was working as a Networking Specialist and going back to school to learn about technologies. After 16 years in the industry, Mike has made his mark by supporting and developing websites using primarily the technologies of PHP, JavaScript, ColdFusion, XML and XHTML.
Catherine Espinosa is a talented graphic and web designer based in New York City. She has a degree in Communications Design from New York City College of Technology (CUNY) with a concentration in print design. She has worked in the B2B publishing industry as an e-media developer and has also freelanced on a variety of print and web design projects.

Jerald Miller is a web and graphic designer specializing in Flash rich media applications. He has designed for the web and live Flash presentations for RGB Multimedia. He is a media artist who has won awards for the editing and directing of independent films.
